This Disclaimer outlines the scope and limitations of the information, services, and materials made available by Stichting Health Angel Services (“Health Angel Services”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through this website and during our support activities related to Biontology®. This disclaimer should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.


1. No Medical Advice or Therapeutic Claims

Health Angel Services is not a medical organisation. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or health-related advice of any kind. We make no claims about the effectiveness, therapeutic potential, or suitability of Biontology® for any specific condition or person.


Any references to health, coherence, self-regulation, or well-being are provided solely for general understanding of the theoretical principles underlying Biontology®. They should not be interpreted as medical claims or guarantees.

2. Facilitation, Not Promotion

We are a non-profit entity dedicated to supporting those already engaged in or independently exploring the field of Biontology®.


We do not promote Biontology® or solicit new users. Many individuals arrive at our website through personal experience, word-of-mouth, or longstanding interest. For those who have already chosen to engage with the modality and are seeking support, we provide information, coordination, and practical assistance foundational to the continuity of the field.


We do not offer therapeutic services or claim any health outcomes, nor do we suggest Biontology® as a replacement for medical treatment. We facilitate those who arrive here through their own positive experiences or personal networks, not through advertising or outreach.​

3. Informational and Logistical Role Only

All materials and services offered by Health Angel Services are intended solely to:

  • Support registered users of instruments based on Dr. J.C. Boswinkel’s original biophoton technology;
  • Coordinate service requests and repairs;
  • Help clarify questions regarding practitioner conduct or expectations;
  • Facilitate communication with relevant third parties;
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance;
  • Maintain service eligibility records and basic compliance documentation.

We do not supervise sessions, offer therapeutic advice, or recommend specific practitioners. Use of this site and any services connected to it is at your own responsibility.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes​

We do not guarantee any outcome from the use of biophoton instruments, training, or services. Reported benefits remain individual and anecdotal.

We offer no express or implied warranties regarding the results of any process, course, or product described on this site or provided through our coordination.

5. Third-Party Independence

The Service Foundation is not legally or operationally responsible for:

  • Stichting MIBA (licensing, certification, and IP protection);
  • The Institute for Applied Biophoton Sciences (educational delivery);
  • BoChi Instruments (device sales);
  • Dr. Schwab Gesellschaft für Technologieberatung (repairs);
  • Individual practitioners or coaches.

We may facilitate contact, but we do not exercise authority over these entities.

6. Forums and Community Platforms

Where practitioner forums (e.g., Circle) are accessed, these are facilitated by third parties. Health Angel Services does not host or moderate these discussions and is not responsible for any content shared therein. Any views, advice, or opinions expressed in those spaces are solely those of the individuals involved and do not reflect the position of Health Angel Services.

Participation is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.​

7. Personal Responsibility and Misuse

Engagement with Biontology®, its instruments, training, or affiliated services is entirely voluntary and undertaken under your own responsibility. Health Angel Services does not provide oversight or regulate individual application of the modality.

We do not promote, condone, or authorise the use of Biontology® for diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical purposes. Any representation of Biontology® in such a manner — whether by practitioners or individuals — is considered a misuse of the modality and falls fully outside our scope of support or liability.

Health Angel Services explicitly disclaims responsibility for:

  • Misrepresentation of Biontology® for medical use;
  • Unauthorised or misleading advertisement or application;
  • Legal, professional, or regulatory consequences arising from such actions.

Any consequences arising from the inappropriate use or portrayal of Biontology® — including violations of law, healthcare standards, or consumer regulations — remain solely the responsibility of the individual or entity involved.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

We disclaim all liability for any outcomes — direct or indirect — resulting from the use of, or reliance on, any content found on or accessed through this website. We further disclaim liability for any issues arising from the use of our services, including coordination, communication, or support provided in relation to Biontology®. This includes decisions related to health, training, practitioner–client interaction, and third-party communications.

While we act in good faith to provide coordination and support, we cannot be held responsible for:​

  • Improper use of instruments;
  • Misunderstanding or misapplication of training materials;
  • Issues with third-party entities;
