These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of Stichting Health Angel Services (“Health Angel Services”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which together form the full understanding of your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services.

1. Purpose and Non-Profit Nature

Health Angel Services is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the field of Biontology®. We do not market or promote Biontology®, nor do we make claims about its effects. Our role is one of stewardship and facilitation — providing logistical support, services and resources to those who are already active in or independently exploring the modality.

We support:​​

• Registered practitioners and owners of biophoton devices containing the original technology of Dr. J.C. Boswinkel; 
• Clients of Biontology® practitioners, particularly where there are questions or concerns about their session experience;
• Individuals seeking information on how to purchase a Chiren®3.0 and enter the Biontology® field.

Health Angel Services operates as a support entity by and for the Biontology® field. It is not a commercial organisation and does not promote Biontology®. All activities are conducted solely in service of the field’s continuity, quality, and accessibility.

2. Scope of Services

Through this website, we provide logistical, coordination, and support services relevant to the field of Biontology®, including:

• ​Processing of registrations for biophoton instruments; 
• Coordination of repair requests and technical maintenance;
• Access to replacement parts and accessories via the password-protected webshop;
• Addressing questions or concerns from clients about their Biontology® experience;
• Access to the practitioner community platform and connected forums (facilitated by third parties);
• Providing general orientation for individuals who are considering becoming Biontology® practitioners.
• Liaising with third-party suppliers for training, instrument purchase, repairs, and licensing;​

Some services are password protected and available only to eligible users.

3. Independence of Entities

Health Angel Services operates independently and is not legally or operationally responsible for the activities of:

• Stichting MIBA, Dr. J.C. Boswinkel’s legacy foundation which oversees intellectual property, licensing, and certification;
• The Institute for Applied Biophoton Sciences, which provides training and educational services;
• BoChi Instruments, the sole authorised distributor of the Chiren® and other biophoton devices containing Dr. J.C. Boswinkel’s inventions.
• Dr. Schwab Gesellschaft für Technologieberatung, the original engineering company responsible for manufacturing Dr. J.C. Boswinkel's biophoton technology and performing authorised repairs on instruments using his system.​
  

We may coordinate with these entities, but we do not supervise, manage, or guarantee their services or outcomes.

4. Eligibility for Support Services

Services are available to all practitioners and owners of instruments containing Dr. J.C. Boswinkel’s technology, provided they are properly registered with Health Angel Services. Registration is a one-time process linked to the biophoton instrument. Continued access to service is dependent on timely payment of annual service fees, when applicable.

Eligibility is governed by the Service​ Agreement, which stipulates all applicable rights and obligations for those making use of our services.

5. Clients of Practitioners

We are also available to clients of Biontology® practitioners when questions or concerns arise regarding their experience of a session, practitioner conduct, or general expectations. These inquiries may be directed to us via the website Contact Form.

We do not answer general questions about therapeutic effects or provide individual health advice. Clients are encouraged to consult their own practitioner or consult the FAQ section for general information.

6. Service Agreement Acceptance

Use of any services provided by Health Angel Services implies acceptance of the Service Agreement linked here. All practitioners making use of our support, coordination, logistics, or repair services are expected to review and adhere to its terms. The Service Agreement governs eligibility, service conditions, payment obligations, and consequences in the event of breach.​

7. Website Access and Protected Areas

Some parts of the website, including the webshop and repair request system, are restricted to contributing registered users. Credentials may not be shared, transferred, or reused across different users or instruments. Attempted circumvention may result in service suspension.

Forum access is limited to contributing registered practitioners. Health Angel Services does not host these forums; they are facilitated by the Institute for Applied Biophoton Sciences and/or licensed independent coaches. Health Angel Services does not monitor or moderate these forums and holds no responsibility for the content therein.

8. Purchases, Payments, and Chargebacks

Products and services in the webshop are only available to registered users. All purchases are final. Chargebacks or reversals initiated by users without prior contact and resolution are considered a breach of the Service Agreement. In such cases, service access will be suspended until the issue is remedied and outstanding payments are resolved.

For license holders, such a breach may also impact the standing of their license or lead to referral to the licensing body.​

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All intellectual property related to Biontology®, including terminology, system design, training materials, and the Chiren® technology, is owned by Stichting MIBA (Medical and Industrial Biophoton Applications) in the Netherlands and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Health Angel Services upholds and safeguards these rights and reserves the right to suspend service to any user who violates them.

In addition, all content published on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, downloadable resources, and layout — is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, translated, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission. This includes any material sourced from affiliated entities or used with permission.

Unauthorised use of any protected material will be considered a breach and may result in suspension of service access and further legal consequences.​

10. International Transfers

Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how personal data is collected, processed, and stored. Health Angel Services collects only the information necessary to provide and maintain its services. This may include name, contact details, address, company information, and—where applicable—identification documents required for administrative purposes.

We do not request or store information relating to health, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or other special categories of personal data as defined under GDPR. Users must not submit any personal data belonging to third parties, including client information or identifiable health details.

We use Odoo for CRM, form processing, and account administration. We do not use advertising tools, profiling tools, or third‑party behavioural tracking. All data handling complies with applicable data‑protection legislation.

11. Disclaimer and No Claims

We do not make any claims regarding the effectiveness, therapeutic potential, or suitability of Biontology®. Any benefits reported by practitioners or clients are considered individual and anecdotal in nature.

We are not a medical organisation and do not offer or support any therapeutic or diagnostic services. Biontology® does not treat or diagnose diseases. It supports the body’s natural regulatory processes through the optimisation of biophoton coherence. 

All materials, content, and information provided by Health Angel Services are for informational and support purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

Health Angel Services provides its services and website content “as is,” without guarantees or warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Disruptions to service;
• Delays or unavailability of third-party supplier responses;
• Practitioner conduct;
• Any direct or indirect consequences of service usage.​

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced or interpreted in a way that best reflects the original intent, consistent with applicable legal standards.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or related services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or any of its services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.​
